Homemade Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
4 oz. Chopped or Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 C. Mayonnaise
1C. Heavy Cream
2 TBLS Tarragon Vinegar (White Wine can be substituted)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Put all of the ingredients into a Food Processor or Blender and process until smooth. This recipe makes 2 to 2 1/2 Cups of yummy homemade Blue Cheese Dressing :)
