A few weeks ago it seemed like you could get a deal on Avocados just about everywhere, but right now...not so much!  This Buy One Get One FREE coupon should make a few Guacamole lovers happy!

Personally, I am not a huge fan of Guacamole, but this recipe sounds pretty yummy :)

Roasted Garlic Avocado Spread

Ingredients:

• • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 2 Chiquita® avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted crackers
  • 1 bunch red seedless grapes
  • 1 lb block cheese, your choice

Instructions:

Place whole garlic bulb in 350 degree oven for five to eight minutes or until bulb is soft to touch with a pair of tongs remove from the open and let cool at room temperature for fifteen minutes. With knife or kitchen scissors, cut top of garlic bulb and squeeze insides by hand into a food processor. Add avocado and parsley and blend until smooth. Adjust flavor with salt ad pepper and serve with crackers, cheese and fruit of your choice.
